How to separate Multiple business data for a CRM SAAS

I am looking at building a subscription based CRM for a specific niche, some customers will just be sole users and others will have multiple users under one business. How would i go about setting up my databases to achieve this. Would i need to just use specific conditions on every block though out the app or am i able to juts make settings for each user that they will only ever be shown their businesses data, as it would be a massive issue if multiple users were seeing each others data.

Thanks in advance for any help I appreciate it

I added a “Company ID” field to every record and used filters and visibility rules based on the user’s company, so each business only sees its own data.

I ran into the same issue and ended up using a separate base for each business. It makes permissions way easier to manage, and I can customize fields per client. I also needed clear separation because I want this setup to eventually replace QuickBooks for invoicing and tracking. Using synced tables for shared data like services or pricing worked well to keep everything connected without mixing things up.

Re: How to separate Multiple business data for a CRM SAAS

A few months ago my desk was buried under notes, spreadsheets, and endless reminders about clients and orders. I was trying to keep a growing manufacturing business running, but every day felt like I was just reacting to problems instead of controlling them. That’s when I decided to give Manufacturing CRM: Tailored Solutions for the Industry a serious try. The change was immediate: suddenly every customer history, quote, and follow-up was in one clear place. I could finally see patterns, respond faster, and plan production with real data instead of guesses. What impressed me most was how naturally it fit into my routine, without forcing me to relearn everything. Thanks to this experience, managing relationships now feels structured and calm, and I can focus on improving service rather than fighting disorder.

Re: How to separate Multiple business data for a CRM SAAS

Previously, approving invoices required logging in from his desk. Our operations manager travels frequently, and the queue of invoices awaiting his signature grew significantly. With Precoro's excellent service here, he can approve invoices from his phone, no matter where he is. Approval times have been reduced, and our suppliers no longer complain about payment delays caused by issues.
